James is so patient, coming in and telling him and showing him an engagement ring that looked like a five year old drew and he made it a reality. 5 /5 Julio Romero: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 10, I would!) I bought my wife’s engagement ring from James at Pleasantry Jewelers about 6 years ago — well, technically James custom-made it for us. We picked out a GIA-certified 2-carat diamond and he designed the band to fit my budget. To be 100% honest, it came out even better than I expected. We also bought the wedding band from him, and he helped us pick the perfect match. The combo of the engagement ring and band is absolutely stunning, and I can’t count how many compliments my wife gets on it. Fast forward to recently: a small diamond fell off the side of the engagement ring. My wife reached out to James to see if he could repair it. Without hesitation, he told us to come on down. Even though we didn’t have the missing diamond, James replaced it — completely free of charge — and did it with a smile on his face. James and his wife are some of the most humble, genuine people you’ll ever meet. He takes the time to educate you about the product, never rushes, never pushes, and always treats you like family.
