That day, Elaine was so patient and helpful, she let me try on ring after ring, held up stone after stone to different bands for me to see, and talked me through the process of creating the custom ring of my DREAMS! I left that day with a deposit down, received the CAD design a week or so later, and my ring was ready in another week or two. When I picked it up, her and her team helped me look at all the wedding bands I liked to decide what I should send my fiancé back for later ;) Elaine helped me realize my vision, and made sure that the end result was everything exactly as I wanted. She answered all my questions and made sure the ring was an affordable option for us. She was so kind, creative, inspiring, and reassuring during this process.
