I recently got my engagement ring repaired and asked them to have it done within a week and they were very obliging and eager! They got it done right on time and the work was beautiful. Vasile Gavrila Very pleasant experience with Estates Consignments. Purchased 3 watches from them, all at very good deals. I never tried their Service Center. I had my vintage watch out for service with a different watch service center, for almost 8 months and they couldnt figure out what is wrong or find parts for my watch. I took the watch to Estates Consignments and I had it back in 2 weeks, working perfectly at a very decent price. I will bring all my watches here from now on. They called me with an estimate the next day, and they would fix it faster but they needed parts. Super fast and very good job!

Billy is an expert and was a pleasure to work with I’ve had some things come up and was making the process harder but Billy was very accommodating and understanding. So happy with my ring and I get compliments on it all the time!

I had a great experience with picking up my online order from him that I ended up ordering another Tag Heuer through him. From now on I will go straight to Joey for all my watch orders and needs. Sara Brett I found this business earlier this year. Have sold a few gold necklaces that my family gave to me and I simply have no desire to wear them. What I really like about this store is the excellent customer service its very low key and they dont give you hassles or ask you questions about the origin of your jewelry. Ive been assisted by Alan both times I went in and hes really friendly and very speedy in checking the gold to make sure its real Im pretty sure he has many decades of experience and has no confusion on his end. He likes to be helpful and sometimes I strike up a chat and he is pleasant to talk to you. I havent got to know the other staff yet but next time Ill see what they have to say.. but like I said, the low-key casual atmosphere is something that I really like here. Ive been to some other gold exchange stores where they seemed mistrusting of me, like they were wondering why I had some items or would take my thumbprint and make me feel like I did something wrong, but not this place.
