We went to Main place Mall and this place went outta there way to help me and my sister out it was closing time as well. They helped us look as different types of chains for my dad. They didnt get out of there till almost an hour later. I just wanna say most places wouldve told us to come back tomorrow not this place they actually took there time to help us and made sure that we got a nice chain at a very reasonable price. Jacob Lavoie Highly recommended! The first time we came in was to have a ring that we got from California Numismatic Funding off East Vista Wy. resized (from a 12 to a 7 or 8), cleaned and polished for the big day. John advised us about the condition of the ring and the mounts that the stones were in, we opted to just have it resized, cleaned & polished. Flash forward a bit and one of the stones fell out (our fault NOT Johns) so my wife stopped wearing it till we could afford to get it fixed. Flash forward to a couple weeks ago. We bring the ring in and ask John what we can do to have it fixed and change the center stone. He recommended that the matching stone that hadnt fallen out be replaced with a new one and same for the the one that had. He gave us options for the center, we settled on a sapphire CZ (my wife and I dont like diamonds). This time John fixed the two side stones mounts and the middle stones mounts, a cleaning & polish. The ring is now absolutely beautiful and my wife and I love it.

Clara B I had the most wonderful experience making a custom ring with Kristy and the Sierra Moon staff. I wanted to redo my engagement ring using the same diamond and ideas, but make it more balanced and delicate. Kristy worked with me to design it multiple times over until I was happy. She never rushed the process and in fact even recommended changing some things once the wax casting was done — because it didn’t look right to her and she didn’t want me to settle. She took the time to learn my vision and make sure the ring was what I wanted. She also designed the basket part of my ring for me when I wasn’t sure what to put there. It was an awesome collaboration. Kristy also searched high and low to get me the perfect green stones for the halo on my ring, because she wanted me to get what I wanted. All the staff were so excited for me when I finally got my perfect ring. Thank you. It’s so unique and still has elements of my old ring. I’m never taking it off!
