2 /5 Elizabeth Gonzalez: Customer service could’ve been way better. Went in with my boyfriend and was just looked at rather than greeted and when we asked about a ring I wanted to purchase sales associate Leslie wasn’t welcoming at all and the interaction felt passive aggressive. Even though it wasn’t the best experience we still bought the ring regardless, though i don’t recommend coming to this location.

5 /5 Mel M: Ran into an issue with a brand new purchase I got at a Pandora store and stopped by the Temecula Promenade one. Decided to call and ask my question about my item instead (because I knew it was 5mins to close for them and didn’t want to keep them from getting off and getting home. I’d just come back in the morning if needed). The associate named Jackie answered and was phenomenal!!! She appreciated my gesture but said to come on in she would be there waiting for me. SHE WAS! She helped me with my issue and I walked out of the store in such high and amazing spirits with my Pandora ring!! Jackie you’re the best! Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and assistance. I’ll definitely be back to this store.

5 /5 Daniel Gonzalez: While shopping at the Temecula Valley Mall we heard what sounded like gun shots and quickly after a huge wave of panicked shoppers started running for the exits. We chose Pandora Jewelry to hide in while the dust settled and the ladies there at the store where very calm and absolutely handled everything very professionally. They made sure the front entrance, and the inside of the store were secure. I didnt catch the names of who was working 01/25/25 at 5:00 p. m. due to all the chaos and panic, but I thank you ladies for your reactions and quick thinking. Although it was a false alarm and not an active shooter, I am confident that in the case of a real emergency, these ladies would have saved the day.

5 /5 Ana Flores: It’s the holiday season it can be hectic but hey what do you expect?! Don’t like waiting maybe shop ahead of time and avoid the chaotic Christmas season... anyways.. Ariana was the one who helped my husband and I and she was AMAZING! She was super helpful and tried her best to please everyone in line and she got the job DONE! Excellent customer service quick and easy! We were in line and yet She was able to help us get TWO BRACELETS without the need of going inside the actual store. We were in and in out the mall within 20 minutes! Will be coming back again! Thank you Ariana!
