5 /5 Sarah Qiao: Marco and Fannie are so awesome! They helped me to find my dream sapphire ring, with a very reasonble price. The photos of the ring simply cannot capture how stunning it looks in person! I am forever grateful to both of them, and their store - The Diamond Source.

1 /5 Jessica Davis: My husband purchased my engagement and wedding band here. My wedding band has 12 purple sapphire stones on it. Not even 24 hours after being married, a stone already came out. They said they would fix it and to give them a week. ONE MONTH LATER, after calling several times, it was ready for pick up. Fanny presented me the ring and it was MISSING A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STONE. Again, Fanny said they would fix it. About a week later, it was ready for pick up. I wore my engagement ring for not even an hour and ANOTHER DIFFERENT STONE JUST CAME OUT. Im in tears now because I got married at the end of August and havent gotten more than 24 hours with my wedding band. At this point, I want my money back and Ill take my business elsewhere. DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE! Fanny- work on your customer service as well. Youre passive aggressive, rude, and lack compassion.

5 /5 Carrie Sosa: My fiancé and I purchase some jewelry while on vacation, and one of the necklaces we purchased was too long, so we had a few of the stones removed. He had the idea to take the removed stones and have a custom ring made for his wedding band. We were originally recommended to a different jeweler in Old Town, but we weren’t sure about committing to that store when we walked in. We just happened to stroll by the Diamond Source on the same day and we instantly felt a connection to them so we decided to work with them for this custom piece. It took a little bit longer than expected but it was well worth the wait. He absolutely LOVES the ring, it’s completely custom to him and feels even more special because of the stones we provided to the Diamond Source to be included in the design of the ring. They have a customer for life! They have beautiful pieces in their shop, but if you want something custom and just for you, they are wonderful to work with.

1 /5 Marciniec Scott: Its been exactly one month now since our wedding and my wife hasnt been able to wear her band for more than a day because multiple different stones keep falling out of it. Weve taken it back each time to false promises of getting it taken care of followed by delays, patronizing empty apologies, and complete absence of adequate customer service by the Diamond Source team. Fanny has to be the most condescending, pretentious person I have ever dealt with in my life, with no genuine care for us or the quality of her stores craftsmanship. My wife is once again in tears because of this stores incompetence in handling the most important keepsake from our wedding day. Save your money, time, energy, and sanity and please shop elsewhere.
