The bracelet was exactly what I wanted and what I had expected. It is shining in white gold, the art work is intricate and the engraving is clear. I hope my daughter will like it. Rachel Ramirez I just had a wonderful experience with Carrie. She saw me and helped me. I always feel like a bother since I always want to see different styles of jewelry and she was patient with me. I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests.
