5 /5 Red, White and Bill Elliot: This place was AMAZING! I would give it 5+++ stars! I bought an engagement ring from a jeweler online and proposed. Well my fiance loved the look of the ring but it was just uncomfortable. We decided to look at local jewelers for some help. We visited about 4 closer to our home in North Orange County. Nobody was helpful other than trying to sell us one of their rings. In a twist of fate we had to visit a store in the Lakewood Mall and decided to go into Paseo to talk. From the moment we walked in all the staff was friendly and helpful. After being showed some options and answering questions they went and got Greg, the jeweler from the back room. He was AWESOME! He shot us very straightforward and answered a million questions for over an hour. Not once did he try to push a sale or even seem to be looking at us as potential customers but more like a couple who was ready to start a life together with a lot of other stuff on our plates. Ultimately we ended up returning the original ring, getting a refund and having Greg design a whole new ring which was a better quality in the diamonds and about $150 cheaper. It took about 2 weeks for the ring to be finished and we just picked it up today. The look on my fiances face was worth the wait. She lit up as she opened the box. I am so unbelievably satisfied and most importantly so is she! The ring was perfect! She said it was comfortable and exactly what she was hoping for. It is beautiful! We will Definitely be returning for the wedding bands. We live about a 20 to 30 minute drive, one way, and its not an issue to drive there for all we get. The service, quality, honesty and friendliness of the staff makes it a no brainier to go here for ALL our jewelry needs or wants. I could go on for another 200 words of positive feedback but I feel I made my point. Go here and you will not be disappointed! Thank you all for making the start of our lives together such a positive event!
