he said rain or get it wet was the reason for damage .I opened watch the seal is not a tight fit .I only had 1 years battery supposed to last 4 years ,I paid $200.00 for a damage watch .The owner put the blame something I did and said I needed waterproof.I called around and spoke to jewelry and watch repair.They said that the adjustment dial seal as well as back face defective.I will know longer due business with them,the no refund sign is very high up but you can exchange oh just called about battery from another jewelry he said dump watch ,which was fine to me .Gems Jewelry dump the watch on me ,bad business
