1 /5 Liliana Moreno: Horrible service. I used to be a regular customer until I bought a gold bracelet, and after just two months, it started falling apart. When I brought it to their attention, they did a courtesy repair, but the employees were not pleasant at all. When they’re selling me something, they’re nice, but the moment there’s an issue, their attitude completely changes. If I had known they would treat me this way, I would have never become their customer in the first place. Honestly, I’m glad this happened. It gave me a reason to switch to a different jewelry store.
