Nancy Selikoff Ophelia is the best! She is a pure joy to work with. I am a repeat customer and she has always gone above and beyond the expectations ..I have sent my ring to her over the years to be cleaned and maintained. This time, we changed the stone from a CZ to Lab Diamond. It was not possible to find an oval to fit my setting. I followed Ophelia’s advice and expertise and changed it to a round stone. She found a gorgeous stone. When it was ready, she told me the jeweler was not comfortable with how the ring was set. She then gave me a new setting (with 2 trillions) to assure its perfection. So not only did she completely replace the band for me, but did it extremely quickly . So to summarize, I have a completely New ring! Ophelia is honest, always reliable and above all communicates in a timely manner. The jewelry is gorgeous and fairly priced. The customer service is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was smooth, thoughtful and enjoyable from start to finish .. I give Ophelia and the company a 10 out of 10! - a true gem in every sense. Jennifer Fairbrother He is amazing, he is professional and he is a wonderful and kind man, great at what he does. He reset and cleaned my engagement ring, no judgement to the design or jeweler who created it and he handled it so sensitively. Not to mention, he did it all same day for me, let me examine the stones with him for previous inclusions and defects for my own awareness. 10/10.

Marcel Montemayor Caro is a Master Craftsman jeweler "not a salesman". So his advice is what you want to hear and youll be grateful for it. He made my fiancée a spectacular custom wedding ring set based on a few reference photos we liked. The design came out way better than imagined. There has been many compliments about the ring. Caro suggested having six prongs to securely hold the main diamond; which looks beautiful and gives us peace of mind knowing it wont fall out. I definitely recommend having him expertly size the ring for that perfect fitment the rings created were a custom size between 5 & 5-1/4 for that perfect non-spinning fit. We couldnt be happier and Im thankful that we have such a beautiful ring for our lifetime. Just drop by and talk to him; you wont regret it.

She also applied for me financing and was super fast I thought it would take forever like the others that opened for me finance in other locations, hands down this is the BEST location for me from now on.
