5 /5 Veronica Perez-Lopez: The manager Aalyha and staff were very nice, & helpful. Not only do they help you find what you are looking for, but they also give you a great price. Overall, it was a great experience shopping at Daniels jewelers in Chino Hills.

1 /5 Essa Rassool: Dany and her manager told me she would resize 2 rings I bought if it didn’t fit my lady so I trusted her and purchased the ring, when I came back she told me she would only charge me to resize 1 ring and not the other which is not what her and her manager said they would do they said they would do both resizing for free and threw a protection plan in my face . They will say anything to get a sale had they been honest I still would have bought the ring I just can’t believe the sheer dishonesty. Seriously don’t come here super rude and passive aggressive staff I’m super upset.

2 /5 Brian Maurer: I bought a necklace for my wife and 3 months later the chain broke. Then, when taken in for repair, I wanted 2 new bands on my watches and new batteries. Took almost a week to complete and, when picked up, the watch bands werent installed. Estimate was $175 and the work wasnt even complete. They ended up going down to $135. They also lie when they talk about Jared Jewelers and Jareds warranties. I know this because I have used their warranty before and knew the woman was completely lying to my face. Go shop at Jareds right around the corner where you will be more satisfied.

5 /5 Jose Firmapaz: I went in for a necklace as a gift to my girlfriend, Abigail greeted me and helped me through the whole process. She took the time to show me a variety of options and helped me pick the perfect necklaces with our kids initials. I was very particular on what I wanted and she drew a design up and showed it to me and I absolutely loved it. I gifted it to my girlfriend today and she absolutely loved it! I highly recommend Abigail to anyone looking to buy that perfect and special gift! Also the manager was very helpful I cant remember her name (sorry) they definitely helped me through the process as well as my other purchase that I will be presenting to my girlfriend soon! You guys are awesome, I will definitely be back!

4 /5 Linda Vivan: Employees very friendly they know their jewelry. If something is not available they are helpful as to when an item may become available. Communication is awesome, its good to answer the phone and its Daniels Jewelers with the info or item you wanted. I enjoyed the experience, plus bought a diamond ring. BLING BLING!!
