I needed a simple silver band to put on top of my too-large wedding ring so it will not fall off, and he found me the perfect one (and resized it in under one minute). He explained that it just needed to be tightened and did NOT charge me! So I will be baking cookies as a thank you! My new favorite jewelry place, and will definitely be recommending them!

Nicole Smith Top tier service! Vanessa was amazing, helpful, and friendly. She was accommodating with all the items we tried in and wanted to see. We didnt feel rushed at all. I wont lie, it was my first time in Cartier and I was a little intimidated and nervous but we were greeted with a huge warm smile from Vanessa. She offered us drinks as soon as we walked in, I had champagne and my friend had sparkling water. She wasnt pushy about anything and just let us enjoy our time. The selection this location has was vast. The store is very well maintained and smells great when you walk in. All the staff was friendly. Vanessa even made us matching friendship bracelets! We were the only ones in there so we got all the attention. Such a great day!
