I was heard, respected, valued, and very much taken care of. Some customization had to take place but it was all done in house with reasonable pricing and timeframes. The staff at Araeity were pleasant and helpful, providing patrons with a personalized experience once you step into their store. I browsed their shelves admiring the beautiful hand-crafted jewelry and a pair of intricate wire earrings from Peter James Jewelers based in San Rafael, CA. I was immediately drawn to the design that reminded me of infinity symbols, bows, and cascading waterfalls, and decided to purchase the pair of earrings as a little gift to myself. During checkout the staff members made sure to personalize the experience and asked if I had a favorite color - when I replied with blue, she carefully selected a light blue gift box and carefully nestled my new earrings in there. We brought in some pieces to be cleaned and repaired, and while looking through them the gentleman who helped us pointed out that my chandelier earrings (with their lifetime warranty that I had purchased) could be sent into the company for proper refurbishment.
