5 /5 Eddie chung: Today, I came back to Hung Phat to sell back my diamonds and earrings that I purchased from the store. Before when I bought the earrings, I was informed that I can sell back the stone with the high quality that I purchased, I was also instructed with proper care for the earrings. I met Nhu Y and she helped me to inspect the stone again and the process went easy and smoothly. Everything was accordingly to how she informed me when I first purchased it. Now I’m saving more to come back and buy a bigger one!

5 /5 Kaylynn Lam: Hubby bought me a ring as a surprise 25th anniversary gift. They worked with him in getting a beautiful setting as well as the perfect diamond. Sadly, it was a little big, but I came in the following week to have it resized. They added little beads because I didn’t want to cut the band and redo. It was done in less than 15 minutes! Excellent service! Highly recommend!

Ive been looking for jewelery stores that offer solid gold selections for custom earrings, and they only do 18k which is perfect for me! Ann primarily works with me to turn my 3D model along with measurements and alterations into reality by working with their design team. I felt like I was miscommunication and not giving clear information at times but Ann was patient and was able to navigate with my requests and accommodation well! She provided renders of the changes requested and was very professional and accommodating! My design was great but it was enhanced a lot more with the help of Ann and their design team! Especially since it was designed for daily wear, the weight and comfort were the biggest factors that played into the final product. Lucy was also very helpful, friendly, and accomodating when coming in to give the deposits and picking up the jewelry since my schedule didnt align to pick up with Ann. I have shopped in the past and browsed their selections and I was always intrigued to get custom jewelry made! As a 3D Artist, its a dream come true to be able to model a piece of jewelry and have it custom made with solid gold! Ive always wanted Yor Forger anime earrings in solid gold since all the coaplay earrings are brass plated in gold, which tarnishes and not meant for daily wear. This will now be my daily earrings forever for my firsts!
