Steven let me purchase a ring to propose and then come back with my fiancée later to select a different ring if she didn’t like it. He spent numerous hours with us showing rings and even offered to custom design one for her if she wasn’t satisfied. We ended up with the original ring I chose but the experience here was amazing. Sebastian Urtiz Beautiful ring and quality service! My fiancé and I were looking to upgrade/update a heirloom engagement ring that was initially my grandmothers. My significant other is quite creative and had a very specific design in mind, we met with 3 or 4 different shops, had zoom meetings and nothing felt quite right. Thats until we decided to check out Yale Jewelers. Joe and Marla were very helpful, patient and understanding.
