The ladies inside are SOOOOO helpful (and FUN!), the selection is unparalleled and they have EVERYTHING you need to put that final "je ne sais quois" (sp?) on that awesome project youre working on. Im not kidding, go there and see for yourself! This is literally what I ADORE about Castro Valley, and the wonderful people in it. This place is TRULY a gem!

4 /5 Ruchira Mirji: Initially I was a little worried about the store hours since the store had not opened yet. However I did wait a couple of minutes and I thought it was worth the wait! The owner is extremely kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. The store is fully stocked with a variety of beads and other products. I am so glad I was able to purchase from this store, I will definitely be visiting this store more often!

5 /5 Jessie Sandoval: Lovely & Local This shop has been here for over 20 Years! As a crafter, sometimes you just want to be able to Touch and Feel beads & supplies with your own hands. And this little shop has an eclectic and complete selection of anything you might need to create anything you can dream up. Big Amazonian websites simply cannot offer you this tactile experience, and big box stores do not provide the kind of personal touch & customer service that this sweet little shop gives you. This was my first time here, and after meeting Gloria, the shop owner, it will definitely not be my last. So excited to return and take her jewelry beading classes! Came in looking for crimp beads and I left with so much more. Knowledge & Skills! Gloria is kind and generous, took the time to show me the best technique to crimp my beads, HANDS-On. So glad I decided to search for a local beading supplier, and GRATEFUL I found this sweet shop, so close by, without having to drive all the way to Oakland or Berkeley. Also, Gloria’s prices are more than fair, very competitive even better than those big, impersonal websites. I really believe that when we choose to support Local Business, it’s not just about investing & keeping our money & resources in the local economy, we are also Protecting and Preserving our local history, unique character and culture of the Bay Area.

5 /5 Deborah Buck: Collectors of all types come to this shop for beautiful repairs and help with changing out old bead combinations into new hip styles. Gloria is a wonderful artist and knows her inventory. She has helped me and my antique collecting friends out many times with repairs and refurbishes of bead jewelry. It is because of her that some of my necklaces look one of a kind in a very upscale way!
