I first purchased a pendant that had a small issue, but what impressed me most was how quickly and graciously the team took care of it. Allan and Moh were both incredible-understanding, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I left happy. They guided me through the process of selecting something new with ease and without hesitation, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience. Not only is the jewelry itself beautiful, but the customer service is exceptional. Its clear that Diamonds Forever values their customers and stands behind their pieces. I walked away with something I absolutely love, and Ill be coming back again for future purchases. Highly recommend this store for both quality and customer satisfaction.

5 /5 Lady Luna: The first time I came here was to get my promise ring with my husband. Patty was very sweet and helpful. Now the second time we come back it was to buy my engagement and wedding rings with my husband. It felt to good to be helped by patty once again and this time Mayra, Allan and Aleem were also there. They were friendly and answered all of our questions. We felt like we were among friends helping us choose our rings. It was a good experience. Heart warming. Alleem even took pictures of our rings for us. Everyone here is nice friendly knowledgeable and treat you like family. Will continue to come to forever diamonds at Eastridge center in San Jose.

5 /5 C Moreno: The entire team at Diamonds Forever are so helpful and friendly! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and genuine smiles. Allen was the Salesman who was helping me and I must say this guy is absolutely awesome! He was incredibly patient with me as I took forever, looking for the perfect gold chain for myself. I was not able to find the chain there at the store, but Allen brought out books that I could look through and there it was, my perfect gold chain! He said I could pick it up within 2 to 3 days. I picked it up today and it is absolutely stunning. I love it. !! Thank you, Allen For providing excellent customer service!!

We left there very happy we wont go to any other jewelry store again they cant compare to the service we got going there. Definitely happy customers
