Stephanie Ortins I have been doing business with Roper’s Jeweler’s downtown location for over 30 years. Harvey Roper and his brother owned the store at that time. A new era of co-owner Lisa and her staff have taken the torch . I enjoy business there more than ever. Laura is my go to with my fix-it’s, projects , and new jewelry I have made. She is always cheerful, amenable and helpful with my requests. I can hear and see Isiah is cordial with clients as they enter the business also. I won’t shop anywhere else for jewelry.

All my dreams came true when he unveiled the finished ring. The workmanship was absolutely exquisite! Some of it was so intricate, it had to be done by hand, but it was handled masterfully by the artisans at Redmond Diamond Center. Also, they were able to create the ring I have always wanted at a price that fit in my budget. Can Highly recommended! Excellent customer service for ear piercing! Ms. Valerie was very knowledgeable, friendly and with her detail oriented advice about where and how to place the piercings , she made me feel comfortable. It was not painful and the aftercare was easy to understand. It was good to see that she was wearing gloves, disinfecting and keeping the work area clean. The variety of piercings/ earings was plenty and reasonable priced and affordable for any budget. I also absorbed how she was communicating with other customers and her coworker. She was professional and friendly. A note to other customers: I read reviews about the return policy was upsetting, yes I understand but the associates do their job and cant change it. Complain to manager or company. And to those who complain spending alot of money on low quality jewelry, dont they know its not a fine jewelry store?it is fashion and accessories. Yes, they have a lot of cute stuff but if you want the REAL Jewelry, dont buy here.
