Andrew Aiello I’ve used Marco & Danny on 2 separate custom pieces. Both items turned out absolutely amazing. In on of the pieces I had a Diamond fall out and Marco was quick to send me a shipping label to get it sent back in. There was great communication he let me know as soon as he received the piece. About a hour later he let me know the stone was re set, and looked over to make sure none of the other stones were loose and that it was cleaned and it would be sent back out that evening to ensure I had it back in time for my trip. From my piece being sent in to back in my hands in less than 72 hrs. Pretty impressive considering the face they are in Southern California and I’m in Indiana. 10/10 would recommend

We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! serenity shaylee Everytime I come here I get an infection in my ear no matter how many times I clean it a day. Now since my ear is swallowing the piercing I have to go to the er so they can cut it. I am beyond furious and in pain. Do not come here. I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is a nightmare

Austin Stucky Edwin is absolute craftsman. I came to him with an impossible task that multiple jewelers told me wasn’t possible. We had an old family heirloom ring that needed to be reset so I could give it to my fiancé and ask her to marry me. It was cracked and damaged and a very high risk project. I trusted him to do the job and he instilled confidence in choice that he could get it done. Edwin cut it out of its old setting and resoldered it to a new band, rendering it looking like a brand new ring. Not to mention he did it in a reasonable amount of time and for a very fair price.
