It’s run by two sisters, we worked with Ana to get my wedding band custom made and to buy my (now) husband’s wedding band. She connected us with the repair shop in the back to have my wedding band made, the guys back there are wonderful and they did an incredible job! We came back a few times so they could make sure the mold fit and it really does fit perfectly and is exactly what I wanted. My husband absolutely loves his wedding band, too and they were such a pleasure to work with!

We spent three hours (yes, three!) trying to find the perfect ring, and NOT once did she lose her patience even though I kept changing my mind about the stones, colors, and sizes. She was so accommodating, helpful, and honestly just fun to be around! Her sense of humor made the whole experience feel like we were shopping with a friend, not just a supervisor. She gave us honest opinions, great suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her good vibes and professionalism made what could’ve been a stressful search really enjoyable. We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped!
