Ive been in three times, twice to sell, and each time she has been delightful and happy to offer answers and assistance. Yesterday I went to All Valley Coin & Jewelry to get pricing for some jewelry, and they offered me $60 compared to the $120 that Tiffany offered. Because of her integrity and incredible customer service, I will exclusively be using Top Dollar Gold Exchange, and recommending her to anyone and everyone who is also looking to sell precious metals (and buy secondhand and vintage jewelry)!

Christina Salama I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer.
