5 /5 Jealousy: Deanna is the most helpful associate I’ve encountered at Daniel’s in Weberstown mall. She was very kind , friendly, and helped me with purchasing my items for an anniversary. All in all I will definitely come back to this store!!! Highly recommended

1 /5 Josh Widdicombe: So all was good, I am trying to build credit so took an opportunity to apply for credit and was approved with a down payment. I took advantage of their warranty and included it in my monthly payment. This is where things turned sideways. I recieved a phone call at 8 oclock at night stating that they had forgotten to take my down payment. I was unaware of this ad I had given my debit card and signed all documents. They asked if I could come in tomorrow to take care of this and I said that I work and will not get off until 6 at night and wont get home until 7. Then asked if I would come right now, but I was currently at dinner with my daughter. They then asked if I could go into work late and come in at 11 to take care of this, I stated that my next days off were Sunday and Monday and Ill come in and take care of it no problem. They said upbruptly thatd theyd call me back. Deanna then called me back and said that if I waited my monthly payments would increase and I would lose my warranty. How is this my fault that they made a mistake? Just be careful.
