2 /5 theresa ha: I purchased a 10k 3.5mm rope chain in January, and it already broke not even a full 3 months later. I went to the jewelry store on a Sunday to see if theyre able to fix it. The female that helped me told me it would be $20 and would be repaired on Friday. Its advertised on their instagram that they do same day repairs. I didnt have the energy to ask why so i just went somewhere else to get it fixed. They have cute jewelry with lots of variety but they dont do same day repairs like they claim they do

5 /5 Corey Briggs: Already had my bottoms but came here to get my tops . First thing I noticed was how much thinner/hollow the gold grills were compared to GOLD USA. I Paid the owner to make it a lil thicker and add DEEP perm cuts . I had to come back a few times to make cuts deeper and grill less tighter but he ended up getting me right and I’m happy. Would recommend to get custom work but just be specific about what u want

1 /5 Nomi Xiog: They have a 4th of July sale I bought some 10k earrings and it says on their website it cost $81 taking off $9 the original cost price is $90 it says 10-15 percent off IN STORE on their page but when I buy the earrings in store WHY DOES IT COST $90 that is the original price?!!! I ask her but don’t you guys have a sale and she agrees but somehow it is the same price. I’m so mad and disappointed. I feel like they cheated me. I also was wondering how much for a ring, on website the original cost is $147 and the discounted price is $132 when I ask in store the lady said the ring would cost $150 what?? That literally cost more than the original price? I am so confused why they have a July 4th sale when it is the same original prices. ☹️

5 /5 Natalie Osborne: I have had the pleasure of shopping at EZ for the past 5 years since I discovered them . Every time I have been presented with amazing customer service and quality jewelry. Qazi and his staff are always able to get me exactly what I’m looking for if it’s not already in store and it’s at the best price for the best quality. I have never had issues with my jewelry I’ve purchased but i have no doubts that if I did, they would take care of it. I couldn’t recommend this place enough , I’ll never shop anywhere for jewelry again as long as they are around .
