Claire H. My favorite jewelry store. Hugo is an artist and creates the most beautiful jewelry. I went to Ormachea to ask Hugo to design my wedding ring from a family heirloom . He created the most beautiful ring, I couldn’t be happier. He also designed the most beautiful and unique Mother’s Day ring for me with my daughters birthstone. It was so fun to create this ring as I was able to handpick the garnet that was used. Hugo, Bertha and family are so kind and welcoming. It’s a treat every time I step foot in their beautiful store.

Serena Y You definitely want to give yourself enough time to look through the museum and the store because its filled with so many amazing rocks and fossils. The dark room in the museum section is so cool. My parents have purchased quite a few pieces of jewelry from Gaumers, and its all beautiful. Seeing the store in person was really a treat. The jewelry is beautiful and reasonably priced. The women who worked there were friendly and attentive as well. I will be making it a point to stop in every time Im in Northern CA. Updated October 2023*- Gaumers is still just as lovely and has added a new room within the museum area, which is a must-see.

Mike Hughes My wife and I went to monterey for a vacation. We stopped in Steinbecks and my wife found a set of earrings that didnt hurt her ears. They were not super expensive , 80 dollars. When we got home we received either an e mail or card thanking us for shopping there. Thats cool. Very nice. fast forward to this christmas. My wife lost the earrings. We looked every where. She liked them so much she brought it up every day. I said hey maybe the note they sent us means they kept track of what you bought. Jonathan Lin Can’t begin to describe how great this place is. Dave is a wonderful salesman, was extremely patient when showing us all the different options for our wedding bands. Whenever I had a question, Dave answered them quickly and thoroughly through text and phone call. The service is top notch compared to some of the bigger brands, who you have to deal with customer service representatives. When we put our deposit for the wedding bands down, we got the CAD almost 1 day later. On top of this, Dave’s expertise led to great recommendations and a beautiful wedding band for my wife. The lab grown diamonds on the ring are amazing and an extremely good deal for what other brands were offering. We got a nice 9 diamonds 3.5 mm band for less than a couple grand. It is definitely made well and we love it. I highly recommend this place, if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they can also custom order and make CADs to give you a preview I will be coming back here for a gift for my wife 10000%

Dee Jay Oh, I love this store. The items they have are fairly new. It’s only one thing I don’t like if you find something for $100 and you can’t really pay on it I mean your hundred dollar pond turns into $140 pond I don’t think that’s fair but other than that I love the store
