We spent three hours (yes, three!) trying to find the perfect ring, and NOT once did she lose her patience even though I kept changing my mind about the stones, colors, and sizes. She was so accommodating, helpful, and honestly just fun to be around! Her sense of humor made the whole experience feel like we were shopping with a friend, not just a supervisor. She gave us honest opinions, great suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her good vibes and professionalism made what could’ve been a stressful search really enjoyable. Customer Service I LOVE THIS STORE! From my permanent bracelet and anklet (Marisa puts it on herself and you can customize your adornment), to my subtle turquoise studs and even the glassware that I use everyday...this place is the go-to. Marisa is a talented artist who makes not just beautiful and creative jewelry but in addition to that, shes curated her store with other talented jewelers, fashion designers and homewares. The staff there is always helpful, especially Claire! You can go in and say what youre looking for in general and she will give you many options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this store!
