She was so patient and knowledgeable about certain rings and diamonds. I had the same ring for 17 years on my finger and it felt like I was going crazy trying to replace it.. I couldn’t find anything that I was really looking for but she made it happen. Edgar, behind the desk really knows that jewelry matters, taking his time and doing what he needs to do to make people leave with what they want. I can’t explain how happy I am, and I literally left with tears of joy!!

My significant other is quite creative and had a very specific design in mind, we met with 3 or 4 different shops, had zoom meetings and nothing felt quite right. Thats until we decided to check out Yale Jewelers. Joe and Marla were very helpful, patient and understanding. Joe worked closely with my fiancé until we all felt confident about the design of the new ring. It was very collaborative, Joes communication was second to none he kept us in the loop throughout all stages of the process, but above all the feeling felt right the whole time.
