They Have created a beautiful very difficult piece of 14k gold cross which I went all over the bay trying to get it remade for me, and it came out to be very nice shiny stones in the cross which ment soo much to me having it created from scratch. They do Custom jewelery any way you like it! Excellent staff! Marvelous store! Huge variety of selections from earrings, gold, silver, diamonds, rings, hoops, you name it. Authentic Mexican jewelery . My favorite made in Italy jewelery they vary too!!

Nicole Smith Top tier service! Vanessa was amazing, helpful, and friendly. She was accommodating with all the items we tried in and wanted to see. We didnt feel rushed at all. I wont lie, it was my first time in Cartier and I was a little intimidated and nervous but we were greeted with a huge warm smile from Vanessa. She offered us drinks as soon as we walked in, I had champagne and my friend had sparkling water. She wasnt pushy about anything and just let us enjoy our time. The selection this location has was vast. The store is very well maintained and smells great when you walk in. All the staff was friendly. Vanessa even made us matching friendship bracelets! We were the only ones in there so we got all the attention. Such a great day!

Gigi has always gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service and even finding pieces that have sold out. Meghann Haldeman Superman’s Fortress of Solitude but with the warmth and welcome of a Care Bear cloud. With bright white walls and a rainbow of shimmering crystals (like pre-historic in size) the showroom is otherworldly. I came for a small gift yet the kind and knowledgeable staff treated me as if I were there to purchase a custom piece meant for a big moment. An intuitive woman guided me to the perfect bracelet-stack, both pretty and full of intention. I felt like I’d already been given a lot of care and attention, but then she went above and beyond and offered to record herself explaining each stone and its properties. She said her name, ‘Ele’, and I realized this kind person was in fact the owner. What? How does she have the time to be so generous when it’s clear she’s also busy designing huge pieces? I think it’s because she genuinely wants to offer a heartfelt experience. Super lovely place and people!
