evelyn caballero Came in to Jared (Roseville branch) for some ring maintenance (prong tightening). I expected to have to leave my ring overnight but Victor Villarreal went above and beyond. He actually made sure my ring prongs were tightened l while I looked around the store! I am so satisfied, this is my new go to jewelry store for sure!

christian sanchez I loved the service that I received at the Ventura store. Very nice sales representative (Carlos). And I thinks I got a very good price for the services needed (2 rings resized, one small diamond and to make it white again). Im beyond happy with my rings. They made them look better that other places where I took them before. Im very veey happy with their service and will sure be back again.

Jesse Jones Very honest and good work. Brought in a gold chain I had bought maybe 5-6 years ago, wanted to turn it into 2 bracelets. Decided to do 3 bracelets so I can give one to my little sister. Was gonna be $360, I was fine with that. They called before starting the work to let me know it was silver with gold on top instead of full solid gold, so it’d be $150 instead. Could’ve just charged me $360 but they are very honest and do great work, I love how it turned out now I can make use of a chain I had never worn. They also finished in about 2 hours which was great, I was expecting it’d be an all day thing. 10/10 will definitely come back

My fiance first met Yoli when she assisted in designing my engagement ring- She was patient and respectful of all of our decisions, while simultaneously giving us the best advice (without trying to upsell). She then helped us design our wedding bands. She put in so much detail and care, making sure everything was perfect before we took it home. Cannot recommend her enough and cant wait to go back and get my future jewelry from her too!
