Joe (the son of the two there) has always done EXCELLANT repair work, given me great prices on things I wanted to buy, and..... very importantly to me..... has done his best to make the repairs on the same day that Ive brought a piece in, knowing that it is a 3 hour round trip for me to do business with them! I came in with my mom to resize her ring, and Khai was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. He treated her with such care, guiding her through the process and making sure everything was just right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. The prices are very affordable , especially considering the quality of his work. He also helped me fixing the lock on my bag, he just took care of it quickly and easily. His store has beautiful and unique pieces on display. Next time I’m looking for a ring, I’ll definitely go to Khai and work with him on a custom design.
