From beginning to end, the sales associate, Marilyn, attended to our requests with care and compassion. She went the extra step to communicate with Rolex as I made special requests. Rolex not only respected our wishes, but returned the watch even more beautiful that when it was first purchased 32 years ago. If ever, I need jewelry, Ben Bridge will be my first stop. Thank you Marilyn for supporting my journey and taking care of my father’s legacy. Having a piece of him by my side every day is the greatest gift.

5 /5 Brian Hallaq: We were from out of town and needed to buy a gift for our son’s 30th birthday. We went to Fashion Valley Mall and checked out lots of watch shops. Skip Wei at Ben Bridge was outstanding. He listened to us, what our son’s needs were, our budget and found us the perfect watch. We were very happy with his product knowledge, the history of that watch and his attention to detail. Skip is a top notch salesman but he wasn’t pushy and he didn’t make us feel uncomfortable at all…which can be an issue when you are shopping for high end watches. We definitely shop at Ben Bridge Jewelers again and we can’t say enough about our experience with Skip.

I was pleasantly surprised to see my watch was also polished and looked like new! Ben Bridge Jewelers goes above and beyond as always.
