morgan bray I went in today to look at a ring for somebody else, and I was immediately offered help by a lovely lady named Harmony. She was very helpful in looking for what I came in for and suggesting great options. But, I realized I had a necklace from DeVon’s that I had been gifted that was recently broken. I ran out and brought the necklace back in, and I was helped very quickly in having a repair order made. I then decided to purchase a ring, and she was also very helpful in that process, from sizing, to complimenting the piece and how it looks, to having a friendly off topic conversation that made me feel super comfortable in my environment. I’m forever grateful to the Store Manager Jessica who was so sweet and extremely helpful when it came to choosing the right jewelry for me! She made it such a great experience and I can’t wait to go back! Autumn was also very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful when it came to welding the permanent bracelet onto my wrist!
