5 /5 Andrew Garner: I was greeted by a nice young lady and I told her my watch band needed resizing. She passed it on to the technical dept and he had it done in two minutes tops. Fit was good and very pleased with everything. I had tried to adjust it myself and I bent the cheap tool that came with the watch. I recommend this shop.

1 /5 I: if i would give less than one star i would give, after negotiation of cost price to replace the broken watch glass the operator female associate took watch after complete checking and asked to come after one hour to get it back after repair, after 1 hour she called me and said i just wanted to let you know that we dont have the size of your watch glass and you may need to come back on Monday or Tuesday when owner is here, this is happen on the Saturday, this was really disappointed since they dont respect customer time and unprofessional giving wrong information from get go and never know why they negotiate the price and keep me waiting for 1 hour while they dont have the proper glass size , get away for their business, wasting money and time and poor service.

1 /5 Jenny G.: One of the worst places you can get watch repair. Service is appalling and completely unprofessional. We brought this watch for a battery replacement after purchasing the 2 year warranty for batteries , once we got the watch the face was crooked and had dents on the side. Returned to shop and employee stated the scratches were already there and never even apologized for the clear mishandling of my watch. They refused to refund the small fee of watch battery. Later they retracted and We’re willing to perhaps refund if they took back the battery they had put in. All in all the watch which was older and a family heirloom was treated with pure disdain. What a shame! They had such a simple job and failed miserably. We took the watch to another watch repair man who confirmed the ill treatment of the broken piece inside and was able to repair it at our cost. “Fast fix “is the worst place to take your valuables! Do not trust this place.

5 /5 Jeff Allen: Came in a few weeks ago and got an estimate to repair a pocket watch. Unfortunately it ended up that it would cost more to fix than just replace, so wasnt able to have the work done, but the people here were very helpful and friendly, and they did give me an excellent explanation of what the repairs were gonna be.
