Marilyn Suttle my husband bought himself A very beautiful and expensive watch for his Christmas present and he needed links taken out so it would fit his wrist. He wanted a reputable jeweler so we tracked it down this wonderful little shop in Yreka.. He was also in the market to talk to someone that could make a ring for him with a tanzanite stone that he had purchased recently. I know my review is lengthy, but I think it will mean something to those of you that are looking for an expert in all fields of jewelry.. Two hours later with great conversation and designer ideas., We left to return in a few weeks. to pursue the design of the ring, the watch was done in a flash, made to fit. Intrigued by some of the beautiful wedding sets that he displayed we left with a beautiful set for me with a crazy price and hope to return in a few weeks to have it sized. I am a lover of of his beautiful lab, grown gems in lovely settings of course I’m not able to spend large amounts of money on diamonds nor do I need them.. it was like we were friends instantly no pressure and I mean absolutely no pressure, he’s there to help and he’s full service. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience today and I have put my ring back in your beautiful little box waiting to bring it back to you to have it sized and soldered together a little too big for me to wear right now, but I can always open the beautiful little box and look at it while I wait for you to make it mine. Siofradh Colleran I can’t recommend Sam’s Jewelers in LA highly enough for anyone newly engaged or preparing for a wedding! My fiancé proposed in LA with the most stunning ring he’d brought from Dubai—only to discover it was two sizes too small. With family arriving the next day, I was desperate to have it resized in time to wear when sharing our special news. After a sleepless night of research, I found glowing reviews for Sam’s Jewelers and decided to take a chance. We showed up first thing in the morning, and from the moment we walked in, the team was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They carefully assessed the ring, took into account that I live in Dubai (where my hands swell due to the heat), and promised to have it resized in just a few hours. True to their word, they did an impeccable job—the adjustment was seamless and completely unnoticeable. What made the experience even more special was that some of the team spoke Arabic, which felt like a lovely connection given our life in the Middle East and the ring’s origin in Dubai. Sam’s Jewelers saved the day, and I’m so grateful. Any future bride would be in wonderful hands here!

Christy James Carmen is such a sweetheart! I found her shop while looking online for a jewelry store in San Diego. The map will take you exactly to her business door on Fourth Ave. Carmen came right down to let me in and took me to her workshop. Her workshop was such a cute/cozy vibe. Carmen had SO many different options for bracelets, necklaces, rings (really anything you could think of) AND she has multiple metal options! Her charms range from zodiac signs, to crystals, to heart shapes, and even pearls. Carmen was excited to help me mix two different chains to make a one of a kind bracelet for me. She also added a beautiful pearl charm to my anklet for the perfect San Diego souvenir. To top it all off, Carmen ended the visit with a cute little “Thank You” bag that helps you take care of your new jewelry. Thank you so much Carmen for being so sweet and kind!

Hannah I was skeptical about purchasing a diamond tennis necklace online but i found Gem Jewelers. The pricing is very good and the quality is amazing. I had some questions prior to purchasing and was assisted by Jessica on the online chat feature. My tennis necklace came securely packaged and in beautiful packaging. It also came with an appraisal which is great for insurance purposes. I will definitely be purchasing more items from Gem Jewelers! The photos do not do its justice! It even sparkles in a dark room.
