Mary Lundberg This store is the mecca for vintage jewelry! There’s a wide assortment of sterling silver, estate and beautiful costume jewelry. The prices are fair and reasonable. It’s a collective, with six ladies, each with their own style of offerings! They are always friendly and helpful in finding the right gift or treat to myself. Lots of pictures and decorative vintage items as well. Best shop in downtown Santa Cruz by far!!

Andres Lopez Azi is as so amazing helping us out at the Kay Jewelers in Oakridge. I was there buying a bracelet for my daughter’s baptism and let her know that my 10 year wedding anniversary was coming up and I wanted to upgrade my wife’s ring. I told her my budget and asked her if she can keep me in mind when something special was available for us to consider. Like magic, she was able to secure an incredible ring for my wife at a great price and my wife absolutely loved it. We had several options to choose from in our budget and Azi helped us really think through the decision process from trading in our ring or keeping our ring and buying a new one. Ultimately I learned my wife wanted to keep her original wedding ring and we purchased the new ring that all aligned within our budget. Thank you Azi. You are amazing. Now let me know when an awesome Rolex becomes available. :)

Maureen Posadas This is a decent Claires, with good variety, clean and organized displays, and unique gifts. But, mostly, it has excellent customer service and really nice people. We enjoyed our visit.

Alex Castro Went in with my family. Gary the store manager was very patient and showed my wife and I several JLC watches. We also looked at other watch brands like Omega (for my son) and discussed jewelry manufacturers like JB star and Kwiat the store offers. We have an anniversary coming up. Although we didnt buy anything today I will be returning to the store for future purchases.

Christina Salama I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer. Eric en Laras We had our wedding rings designed and made by Takayas, and we couldnt be happier with the end result! The entire process from start to finish was effortless and the customer support was amazing. Our Final Fantasy XIV (Warrior and Black Mage) themed rings are even better than we initially thought possible. There were also no issues with shipping or doing everything remotely from Europe. We expect this wont be the last time we ask Takayas to make something for us.
