Monica Vu I absolutely adore this store. All the pieces are so unique. I’m usually more of a Cartier girl, but I love to mix in exciting and special pieces from independent designers. Georgia helped me, and she is so sweet and welcoming. I feel so lucky that I live by one of the Broken English boutiques! I’ve followed the brand on Instagram for a few years and was so excited to visit an in-person store when I discovered it was near me in LA!!

Austin Mancebo We came back to Elan after we had him design and create my fiancées engagement ring to have him create our wedding rings. We love how easy 1800 Loose Diamonds makes the whole process. We went to the showroom downtown to decide on materials and the initial designs. We then connected with Elan via text to finalize our designs. A week or so later and the rings were ready! I needed my ring resized a few times, as my knuckles are much bigger, but Elan was always happy to help each time. Highly recommend Elan and the whole family, and will come back for any more jewelry needs in the future.

When we expressed she was our first stop there was zero pressure. She was confident we would be back (because she knew she was offering the best quality and price). We went and did our due diligence and yes, I ended up coming back. Sandy was so eager to offer a level a customer service that would win my business for years to come, and she succeeded. Ive received so many compliments on my ring and I absolutely love it! She even helped me with my existing rings and went above and beyond helping bring those piece back to life. Roxi Giuliano My experience at Pasadena Jewelers was wonderful. Peter was very helpful and the service was super fast - in and out in under 5 minutes! I needed a simple silver band to put on top of my too-large wedding ring so it will not fall off, and he found me the perfect one (and resized it in under one minute). I will be back for any repairs or new jewelry I need, and I definitely recommend this shop!

jordan karkazis Raven pierced my septum and my boyfriend’s nose and she did a wonderful job!! It’s clear that she’s passionate about what she does and it shows with how she interacted with us. She took the time to explain every detail about the process, make sure we understood it, and checked in during to make sure we were comfortable. Such a sweetheart and will 100% be coming back!!!
