Syed It has been an absolutely wonderful experience visiting CJ Charles Jewelers in La Jolla and getting my first Omega. The ambience, customer service and knowledge of the staff was beyond what I expected. I was greeted by Tatiana and from the beginning I could tell that she is very knowledgeable about the brand, the history and amazing craftsmanship. I loved an Omega Seamaster 300 and she did her best to explain everything I needed. We were offered drinks and truly amazing experience. Since I was traveling she gave me a beautiful travel pouch and gifted my 5-year old Paris Olympics Omega pins, which he absolutely adores! I have been wearing my Seamaster on most days and absolutely in love! After the purchase, she stayed in contact with me making sure that I had no other questions/concerns. When I was looking to buy a new watch , a white-dial Speedmaster Professional, I reached out to Tatiana again and even though I was told that it maybe few months to receive this Speedmaster I got the watch delivered to my place in 3-weeks which was truly impressive. She also surprised me with other Omega gifts! I highly recommend working with Tatiana and she has always made the Omega buying experience one of the best! Huge shout out to her for making this experience perfect. If you ever plan to visit La Jolla, I recommend stopping at CJ Charles and ask for Tatiana, you will never be disappointed! Cheri was welcoming, sweet and funny. She explained the repair process clearly. She assured me that Lance, the owner and sole repair specialist, would take good care of my ring. And he did! Lance worked his magic to make my ring look like new again. I noticed some reviews mentioned same-day service, but my ring took 2-3 weeks. Maybe I visited during a busy time or my ring needed extra TLC, but the wait was well worth it. 10/10

Da Empress Chao I came in to get a written appraisal for a gold chain we had concerns about, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The woman who helped us was incredibly helpful, spoke Spanish (which made the process even more comfortable for us), and took her time checking not just the chain, but multiple other items we brought in. She was honest, knowledgeable, and made us feel respected and welcomed the entire time. I really appreciated her patience and transparency. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place for appraisals or jewelry evaluations, I highly recommend coming here.

Absolutely no pressure and the premiums over spot are the best in town. Huge selection and I never feel like hes trying to hard sell things. This is my new precious metals shop for sure.
