5 /5 Jana S.: Great people, very knowledgeable, personable and wonderful customer service. Having only ever walked by, I came in with my ring (that I didn’t even purchase there) for a cleaning. I was expecting to pay for it like I have at the big box stores in the mall. Nope! Free cleaning. I came in a second time, months later for the prongs on the same ring to be tightened/adjusted. I definitely thought I’d have to have to pay for the adjustment and it had a lot of adjusting. Nope! They helped me free of charge! Not only did Sonora jewelry make it so my ring was in better shape than when I came in, they took the time to care and answer every question I had. They let me be a part of the process and solve any issues I may have had with my ring. I was treated like family. You can’t get that at a big box store!

The lady at the counter helped us by explaining the different types of rings, and brought out her collection which was very beautiful. In the end we purchased a beautiful set for me and a matching ring to my set for him. It was affordable and she even sized it for no extra charge and sent it to me! (We lived two and a half hours away so that was very convenient!) the sizing didn’t take long at all and I had my band in a few days time! Very happy with it! I was super excited to show my friends and family! The shop was cute, and the area was amazing, and it was a great day! I definitely recommend this shop to anyone! She has rings for every occasion!

Id initially looked at purchasing a ring online, but was spooked by the consistent quality issues that plague the big brands. I accidentally found Sonora Jewelry Design as I was walking through downtown Sonora, and boy oh boy am I glad I did. The team made sure that I was well informed and included during the entire process (design, stone selection, etc.) allowing me to feel secure about the investment I was making. The process was a breeze, due to excellent communication and professionalism. Like most people buying an engagement ring, I hadnt bought one before, and wasnt sure what the process was. The team helped me confidently walk through the process, allowing me to purchase the perfect ring, well within my budget, and in time for the proposal.
