He provided us with an estimate and sent the prototype a few days later. The process took a few weeks, during which we received several updates from the shop on the progress. Andrea Daugherty Bought my God daughter a necklace for her quince and it ended up being a bit short. Came back and saw their no exchanges sign and was a bit discouraged. Explained what happened to the guy helping us, that we just wanted a longer version of the chain and he was happy to allow us to pay the difference. Really appreciate how easy he made this for us. They can also create custom and replacement jewelry. For example, I lost a pearl drop earring once, and they recreated it perfectly from its paired earring. A bit of history: My mother discovered this store when it was called "Mansoor and Gore" and we were living in Palo Alto in the 1980s. Even after we moved away, we still drive over an hour to visit when we need something jewelry-related. Now my daughter is also a loyal customer. We like to combine a visit to Mansoor with lunch at one of the restaurants and cafes on Ramona St.

I stumbled upon them on Google when I was looking for places in San Francisco that carried salt and pepper diamonds. I was creating a custom engagement, that Ive dreamt about for many years. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. I will only come here for all my jewelry needs and I recommend this place to anyone who wants amazing service and amazing products. Thank you all so much!
