He has a mass selection of a variety of different types of jewelry that he can order. Most importantly, he can fix, maintenance, restore, resize, and do custom work on any jewelry piece. Doug was a really nice person and a great help for my fiancée and I. He was able resize her brand new engagement ring in a very fast and convenient time compare to very long waits at other places. I will 100% be coming back here for now on for all my jewelry needs.

5 /5 Michael M: My wife took my ring in to get it sized up and when it came back, omg, it was a perfect fit and it shined better than when I bought it new. Great guy, and GREAT service. I have some old Disney watches that are going in this week for restoring. Hopefully he does that since he seems to do it all. I will do an update once I get them back. Soo excited to take these to him.

5 /5 Tarra LeDoux: I found Dougs shop online when I was researching jewelers who could resize my engagement ring. My ring had already been sized once but, it needed to go down another size. The first jeweler I used outsourced the repair work, it took a solid week and they charged me $150-- having your ring stripped away for that long is not fun when you are newly engaged. I called Doug on a Wednesday to let him know my situation and that Id be commuting to his shop from Aptos on Friday. Im happy I called because he does deliveries in Carmel on Friday mornings and arrives at the shop later than normal hours. When I got there, we discussed sizing and timing for the repair. He wanted to keep it over the weekend, but since I had made the special trip, he charged me a little extra ($100 total for the work, normally he charges $75) and had it ready in 3 hours! Its really hard to find a jeweler who will do work in-house, I trusted him, and honestly, his work was incredible. I gave him a tip and promised him a 5-star review (he deserved it!). I have some more fine jewelry that needs to be repaired and I will 100% be going to Dougs shop again!

5 /5 Diana Holland: I took in a ring that lost the center stone. I decided I wanted the ring completely redesigned with a different stone. I explained to Doug what I had in mind, and he showed me several pictures, and we talked about the options until I finally made up my mind. Within a couple of days, he called and gave me an update on how things were going, and I had my new ring in just over a week. I am extremely happy with it!! He also looked at my wedding ring while I was in there and showed me I was on the verge of losing a diamond and fixed that as well. He was nice, professional and friendly. I will definitely use him again.
