Between Ted and Morgan, they were able to explain every single item I brought with me. It was impressive! Morgan specialized in the coins and jewelry testing and Ted was quick to help with reviewing and teaching me the history of the vintage stamps, letters, unique china, and other random trinkets I brought in. Kas P Obsessed!! Sadie is a phenomenal asset in this jewelry store! She is wise and insightful, and the perfect guide if you are looking for a memorable & rewarding experience in customizing, upgrading, or purchasing fine jewelry. I first went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band re-imagined into a new piece, keeping the original diamond from the solitaire as the focal point. Sadie intuitively knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to make some excellent suggestions. The jeweler is also very creative and artistic, so he made some enhancements, and what I got back took my breath away!! My husband was also super impressed, & loved the upgrade!! Well, riding that high, I brought in more pieces of jewelry and was able to transform 2 heirloom pieces, and do a partial trade-in with another piece for 2-carat diamond studs. The aquamarine pendant on platinum is an absolute show-stopper. The aquamarine is huge, but wasn’t set on a usable piece of jewelry. Sadie and the Jeweler turned it into a MASTERPIECE, that still kept the spirit of the original setting. Lastly, my family ruby ring was able to be a partial trade-in for an upgraded piece with higher quality rubies and diamonds. Overall this is one of the most fun shopping experiences I’ve ever had! I loved getting to be a part of the creative process, and see how my ideas were run with, and turned into something even better than I knew to hope for. Sadie is an absolute GEM (pun intended) to work with. Blue Diamond Jeweler really has the dream team in place. I can’t wait to go back!

Connor Trafton I worked with Sam to design and create an engagement ring, and the experience could not have been better! He took a design we found, make a couple of smart suggested revisions to the design, and had the whole thing created in a couple of weeks. He was very knowledgeable and helpful - I would easily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or design a ring.

Liza Macias Great Experience! I was looking around for a bracelet and came across this one at Kevin’s but I still wanted to look around. They were very nice and didn’t get upset. I continued to each jewelry store in the Pacific View Mall, but I couldn’t find a better deal or one I liked more. I bought the one at Kevin’s and couldn’t be more happy. I hope they get a matching necklace in soon.

Erika Gaona Worst place to come get your newborn baby’s ears. They tell you one price but charge you another. Before piercing my ears I asked the lady with the highlights what is the price? She told me $40 I checked my credit card and I was being charged $70. I go back to ask for a $30 refund and the Asian lady gives me $20 scamming me the $10 not much of a difference but stealing from your customers is crazy. But crazy. Don’t ever come here.

Adam Decker Wow, these guys are the absolute best, hands down. Price, quality, and customer service are all top notch. I did so much research on diamonds and engagement rings, and after going to 5 other jewelers and getting quotes from almost every online retailer, David and his team out did them all! They gave me the best price by far and gave me such quality diamonds and customer service that made me feel comfortable and cared about. It really helped to see the diamonds in person too, rather than online. Nancy worked with me on every detail to customize the ring just how my fiancé wanted it and she took the extra time to help me find the perfect diamond. Thank you Nancy! I couldn’t recommend them more and will be using them for all my future jewelry needs. I even traded in my other gold and silver items, and David gave me way more than what other jewelers were going to give me. He is fair, considerate, and I always feel like I’m in the best hands with him and his team.
