Elie Schuss Shelly is amazing! The prongs holding the stone on my engagement ring kept coming loose and I was worried I’d lose the stone. I’d had them tightened before but it was clear the issue would keep happening so I realized I needed to get the whole thing reset. I texted shelly a picture of my ring and she immediately saw why the problem kept happening and worked with me to redesign my ring in a more secure way while staying in my price range. She made sure the design was exactly how I wanted it and really listened to me. I just got my ring back and it is absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough about how happy I am and how wonderful Shelly is.

Andrew Ring I went to DJ to get a ring sized. They were able to do it in about an hour. The sizing was great, and it came back sparkling and clean. Can definitely recommend.

Case Mods I went in to have a ring soldered after I resized it myself (it was free and a few places didnt want to resize it for whatever reason) The woman at the counter was very friendly. They said they would clean it, solder it and reset the diamond since it was loose. When I got it back, it looked like a new ring! I have never seen it so clean. They even trimmed the area that was soldered (one side was thicker than the other) They do good work and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Sherry took the time to introduce us to Buccellati rings in great detail and also explained the different types and cuts of diamond rings, which really helped us understand our options. She answered all our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. In the end, we found a ring that we absolutely love. Customer Service I LOVE THIS STORE! From my permanent bracelet and anklet (Marisa puts it on herself and you can customize your adornment), to my subtle turquoise studs and even the glassware that I use everyday...this place is the go-to. Marisa is a talented artist who makes not just beautiful and creative jewelry but in addition to that, shes curated her store with other talented jewelers, fashion designers and homewares. The staff there is always helpful, especially Claire! You can go in and say what youre looking for in general and she will give you many options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this store!
