Amit Dubey Absolutely amazing experience buying one of my favorite watches (vintage date just Rolex). I had mainly come to see the watch collection but got to interact with Carol who was so helpful and kind! Truly the experience you would want doing such purchases. In other places generally the sales people are either too pushy or get irked if you ask questions. It truly showed that she loved her job and is phenomenally good at it. The biggest reason I ended up buying was because of how impressed I was with her craft! Thanks a lot Carol! Looking forward to adding few more to my collection from you and the team

We have always wanted rings to match our almost 10 years of marriage. Carlos was amazing and so helpful. He showed us lots of options that fit our taste and was never pushy. He was super informative and incredibly kind. We love that the men’s ring selection had a thicker band and black diamonds. (That is completely his style and he loves it). My rings are so beautiful!!!! Like, so beautiful. Carlos found us the best deal and even thanked my husband for his military service. I will definitely come back to Kay’s Jewelers and recommend them to anyone.

Kristin Maczko What a lovely shop and owner! I came in to get jewelry repaired. The owner advised me that while she could do the repair, it would be expensive relative to the inexpensive cost of the jewelry itself. She offered to do the repair if I wanted, and when I declined she took the time to do a free partial repair to get me up and running - so kind! We got to chatting, and I learned that she has owned the store for 50 years, and she makes the jewelry (and even the hanging artwork!) herself. The jewelry is unique and striking, and the owner is lovely. I will be back here the next time Im looking to buy some beautiful jewelry!
