5 /5 Brittany Petersen: Kat was the absolute best! She made me feel so comfortable before getting two piercings in each ear. She took her time to really make sure they were spaced correctly and evenly which was my biggest fear. The whole process was quick and almost painless. The selections were great too. Found exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Lovisa and Kat to anyone.

4 /5 M Carrie: Great concept of (extremely Cheap) jewelry. Costume for proms or just going out nites, and everyday jewelry thats DESIGNED very well to match contemporary styles youd see in major retail stores. HOWEVER Most of these cheap metals can cause allergic reactions like itching AND a pair of (PRETTY) cubic zirconium stones fell Right off before I even got earring on. VERY fun store to browse & great selection. I Did get a ring that is just SO pretty and SWEET young lady mentioned the material would never tarnish: correct!! Customer service IS great & offered me a gift certificate (just one time) as I tossed receipt & earrings. Id go check it out!

5 /5 Cassie Ciopryna: Cant recommend this place enough for an ear piercing - especially for kids. We brought my niece here to get her ears pierced today on her 7th birthday and the entire staff of girls were all SO kind and accommodating and patient. My niece got really nervous before the piercing and was crying for a while. They all were so gentle and patient with her while it took quite some time to finally get the courage to let them pierce her. We had a great time chatting with them and the customer service was exceptional. Plus, they have some actual nice selections of quality jewelry. Thank you so much to the entire staff!

5 /5 Noodle_Lover: I went Tuesday afternoon and the place over all seem rather busy. Not packed but there was four or so people shopping around while I got helped. The lady that did my ear piercings was very nice. I would recommend her, her name was Kat. She was very nice and let me pick a few different breathing techniques to calm me down before she did my ears. I did get my second piercing and despite my firsts being kinda high she was able to put the seconds in a really good spot. I would definitely go back to do more piercings.

5 /5 Danielle Killian: Last week my sister-in-law, niece, and I all got our ears pierced. Not only was the woman who helped us extremely helpful, she was beyond talented in multi-tasking. Her coworker was on her lunch when we were in so she was the only one in the store doing piercings and helping customers. She honestly was so good with my 2 year old niece and was very calm, cool and collected through the tramatic second piercing. The earrings are absolutely adorable there and a fantastic price. All sales are final so keep that in mind when you go. Bailey, if youre reading this, thank you so much for assisting us. My niece loves her flower earrings and has forgotten all about the ordeal, lol! And if the Lovisa higher ups are reading this please give this girl a RAISE! She worked last Saturday (08/28/21) around 3pm. Honestly such an awesome person and very efficient in her job.
