5 /5 Bennett Hauser: I worked with Linda and the Carats & Stones team for our engagement ring, and simply cannot say enough great things about my experience. I explored every option out there: from high end luxury retailers, to online players, to wholesalers at the diamond exchange. Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious. I wanted to be very hands on during the process, and they not only embraced that, but guided and educated me along the way. When you spend a lot on something, you want to walk away feeling like you selected the right path; I am certain that I did by going with Carats & Stones. My fiancée and I are thrilled with the result, love that its unique to us, and enjoy popping in to the charming boutique to see their other beautiful creations whenever we can.

5 /5 Ava: My fiancé asked me to marry him during a trip to San Francisco. The ring was slightly too big the wonderful ladies here helped me with a temporary adjuster until we can get home. Thank you to Kaylee for showing us wedding bands while we were here too. The jewelry here is absolutely stunning and we took a card and photos of bands that we want to consider. I highly recommend here and will be back on another visit!

It was very short notice and we weren’t expecting our jewelry to be ready in time but Linda went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the rings on time. 5 /5 Sandi Alejandre: An exquisite and magical experience from beginning to end. Linda Kha, owner of Carats & Stones, is an amazing jeweler and designer. She designed the perfect heirloom engagement ring for my betrothed. I will be honest, I had no clue on how to go about looking for an engagement ring until divine inspiration came in the form of a question, “what if” someone could take my parents engagement & wedding rings and design something for my Beloved. Within minutes I was running to Carats & Stones with rings in hand and fingers crossed. Linda listened to what I had in mind and instantly began to sketch out what became the absolutely perfect engagement ring. The ring is beautiful beyond words and is dazzling to look at and my now fiancé absolutely Loves it. 5 /5 Rachael Morton: Linda was amazing to work with in creating our custom wedding bands. It was difficult for me to find a jeweler that was willing to work with some gold I wanted to use for the rings, however Linda had experience with this before. Since she is the designer and works with creating the alloys, she was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of questions. She was also very transparent about the process throughout, and only used the amount of gold she needed. We love our rings and would absolutely recommend!
