A huge thank you to Thongsay and Michael, who went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Thongsay was incredibly knowledgeable and patient before purchasing an engagement ring in May 2024, answering all my questions and helping me explore different options without ever feeling rushed. Michael added to the experience with his professionalism and honest advice, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He found the one almost right away but Jacob Lovejoy took the time to explain each and every material thoroughly. It was a quick and seamless process. On our way out, I asked another associate there, Michael if he could show me some engagement rings similar to the one we had already ordered through blue Nile online. He showed me a few different ones and ended up realizing I ordered the wrong ring size for my engagement ring. I am actually a size smaller than I thought! Mike and Jacob quickly pulled up my online order and were able to make the change to the ring size without adding a huge delay in shipping. They were even able to add some discounts for being returning customers! We are so thankful for them! Both so friendly and knowledgeable. We will be returning to blue Nile for my wedding band as well!

My Dad is upgrading my Mom’s engagement ring after 30 years (exciting!) and Mike was so helpful, patient, and made the whole process feel special. 5 /5 Wojr2002: We went into Blue Nile with the intention of getting our wedding rings cleaned and we couldnt be more pleased with the excellent customer service Michael Andrews provided us. While we were waiting for our rings to be cleaned, he taught us about our birthstones and how to properly maintain our rings at home since we cant stop by the store that often. Michael made us feel welcome and we recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing jewelry or for those who have any questions regarding the products Blue Nile offers.
