Mr. Hartman went above and beyond my expectations, taking a half hour of his valuable time to help me--and did it for free. Kudos for an outstanding experience! Strongly recommended!!

Peter Ramirez I bought this chain and bracelets for myself. Went back and got this chain and cross for my grandson. I also got this pendant for myself. Then, I went back again to buy a birthstone necklace and earrings for my niece. I also got some awesome free jewelry from them. Gasia Tutunjian I wanted to surprise my mom and fix her wedding ring, since she hasnt been able to wear it for a few years. I searched for a reputable jeweler and MacTavish popped up. They repaired my moms ring beautifully and had it ready the same week! The service was great and they ladies there were really nice. They helped me understand the process of repairing, so that it is done correctly and wont have future problems. I highly recommend them for any sentimental and special repairs! Andrew Martinez I bought a Citizen watch from them online. The picture showed it with a brown strap, but it came with a black strap. The bezel of this watch has soooo many scratches on it, its hard to look at especially since it was sold with no mention of being used. I would avoid buying from this place online, you never know what youre going to get sadly.

Alex Accessibility: there is a large parking lot with plenty of space. It is located on flat ground, wheelchair accessible. They do have a restroom inside, but im not sure if that is wheelchair accessible. There is a changing room/dressing room inside (see photo). Experience: such an awesome place! They have something of everything! Clothing, hats, jewelry, cards, trinkets, antiques, furniture, candles, oils, soaps, lamps, home goods, notebooks, records, crystals, everything! I could spend 2 hours looking at everything, but unfortunately I didnt have that time today. Ill have to come back soon! The female employees are all so sweet.

Katelyn Hill I loved my experience with J&L! My husband purchased some earrings from J&L for me for Christmas, but they werent quite my style, so I visited to exchange them. Molly was fantastic! She was friendly, fun, and very helpful. I spent a while trying on different pairs of earrings, and Molly never made me feel hurried or pressured. Normally I dont really like shopping, but I had such a great time! And I love my new earrings!

Todd F. White If you’re looking for someone to size a watch check out this place. They’re not the cheapest, however, when other’s have struggled to size certain watches I have purchased (particularly those made in China) the staff here at Fast Fix do it with ease. Be sure to ask for Roberto. He’s my go to person.
