Michelle Stearns I ordered a bracelet for my mother just a few days before Christmas. It arrived before Christmas. I couldn’t believe it got here so fast! The packages were beautifully wrapped. My mom absolutely loved it. A week or so later, she lost the clasp on the bracelet. She called the owner who offered to send her not one but two replacement clasps at no charge. Lucas Mayer Eli is incredible. When I came to him looking for help with an engagement ring, I could not have been less knowledgeable. Eli was a patient teacher who took the time to really help me understand what I wanted and then bring the vision to life. he helped with some funky last-minute customizations without any issue. The price was incredibly fair. The quality of the craftsmanship was fantastic. Most importantly, he treated my fiancé with such care and respect--he made her feel heard, valued, and totally at ease. He even fixed one of her old necklaces for free, which was so unnecessary and so sweet of him. We went back to Eli for our wedding rings as much so we could see him again as because of his excellent selection. Hapagirl Jackie the store supervisor is phenomenal. She was so kind and personable throughout my whole shopping experience. Compared to walking into Aritzia or Abercrombie and I didnt even receive so much as a glance in the same day. She has great customer service skills and I believe she will go far with this company. Hey district and regional managers this girl needs a raise and to be promoted! Not to mention she helped me save a lot of money. Psych Nurse Leo seem’s almost like family after our experience with him. He made my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding bands for our wedding in 2023. He also did an upgrade to my wife’s wedding band to completely cover the ring with diamonds. His skill as a jewelry sculptor is only surpassed by his endless positivity!
