Lady Gagalka Tamara did an excellent job fixing a unique necklace of mine of which a piece had broken off. She recreated the missing piece and laser welded it back together. Me and my partner purchased some beautiful claddagh rings and she is refitted them to our size fingers. Tamara knows so much and can custom make jewelry for you down to the finest detail. The store has so many cool things to see. Definitely worth checking out!

Katie Jerome My fiancé and I got my engagement ring here. We had a wonderful experience. They 3D print the rings, so you can get any design you want often cheaper than what you see online or at other commercial jewelry stores. You can tell they care about the quality and service they provide. I sent them pictures of what I wanted the ring to look like an they sent back what they created in their program. It was about a two week process from start to finish. I am very happy with my ring, it came out amazing. We are getting married in July and getting our wedding bands made here, too.

Cicero Robert provided my wife with a cleaning of her wedding ring and did a great job looking at the ring prior to the cleaning to ensure no loose stones and possibly compromising the ring during the clean. He also provided the appraisal we use for our insurance. He also set up a private time to look and try on other items while I waited on the cleaning. The office as a whole is very welcoming and Robert is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Zema V I had such a good experience here! Jonathan did an amazing job setting my new stone onto a basket that was a different shape and changing my prongs to fit the new stone. He really is good at gold smithing. He explained everything really well and was patient with our questions. Super good experience with my appraisal as well. Reasonable pricing as well! Their shop dog is so adorable. I’m so happy that I came here. His work is wonderful. Megan is super nice as well!

cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

Noah Brenn I had the greatest experience at Gallery of Diamonds with Diamond Mike. My fiancee wanted to be surprised and Diamond Mike helped me every step of the way with designing a custom ring. I brought family heirloom diamonds and emeralds and we make the most amazing piece au could have dreamed of. They make you feel like family and make jewelry the most fun and stress free it can be!
