My friends and I were able to find what we were looking for and more! The staff are also very nice and ask that you sanitize your hands before fully going into the store (yes, sanitation!). Michelle B I will go on saying that I barely do reviews and mostly positive ones when I can. Prices are beyond more reasonable than other piercings parlors which is why I go there if I have to when it comes to saving money. It comes down to just eh customer service. I understand customer service is difficult, I just to worked as one but these associates often come off as irritated. They are barely helpful when it comes to needing help in figuring out sizes. Everytime I go, they make me feel stupid. A simple greeting is hard to get from them as well, most of the time, I come out feeling like a burden. I understand that you need a general understanding of piercings, but I am sure there are beginners that reluctant to ask for help with the general unkind mood coming from the associates. Overall good prices but not the best customer service.

Steven Baez Engagement Guys SD has such great variety of jewelry, Steve the owner helped me pick out a beautiful diamond ring for my girlfriend and also hooked me up with a great price! The store also had a nice selection of Rolex watches as well! If you are in the Gaslamp area in San Diego I HIGHLY recommend going to Engagement Guys! I will be going back for sure!

Shirley Claire Excellent service provided by the store manager. I bought a new watch for my husband as a Christmas present. The store manager personally set the time, boxed and wrapped the present beautifully. I knew the watch would be too wide for his wrist, because hed recently been hospitalized and lost weight. Pooles provides free link removal and battery replacement whenever needed. We took it into Pooles after Christmas. Links were removed immediately. My husband likes his new watch, and he wears it all the time..
