1 /5 cruz salazar: If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

1 /5 MAIA B: Walked into the store and all associate were with customers. There was one lady who was not, she actually was looking through jewelry and never greeted me. I stood next to the back counter and she still didn’t say anything. Someone else walked in and she walked away. She walked to the back counter and didn’t say anything to me. Her name started with a J I think she may have a tattoo on her arm. Jadin I think her name is. The team lead said maybe she was preoccupied, which may be true, but it doesn’t hurt to speak and acknowledge your clients as the walk into your store. Team lead was great.

1 /5 Rafael Padilla: A charm bracelet we had ordered came in on December 4th at 9:45 am in the mail. It was oversized for my girlfriend’s wrist, and we tried to exchange it this same day that we had received it, we decided to return it in store so it’ll be quicker, When we walked in the sales associate saw the bracelet and wiped it heavily down with a dirty little cotton cloth, She then proceeded to say that the bracelet was non-returnable due to it being “Worn” how she decided that this was the case makes no sense since it was literally shipped in this same day. We then asked to speak to the manager, so the sales associate went to her manager whispered to her and then they spoke to each other for 30 secs and then went into a small room for another 30-45 secs and we assume talked to each other about the bracelet, they came out the manager walked up to us and stated right away “oh it’s worn we can’t return” we just left the store unhappy at this point. What a ridiculous customer service and lack of effort to help out a customer I don’t understand how the bracelet was “worn” when it was shipped in this same day and we just wanted an exchange not a return or refund. Unfortunately not a sales nor store manager here at this store is helpful definitely don’t buy from this place.

1 /5 Gabriela Palos: I recently went into pandora to look at rings. Jadin was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She looked at us with a blank stare and did NOT have the friendly inviting "customer service" approach. It seems like this is how this girls attitude is, but honestly, Im disappointed no actions have been taken to remove such a sour attitude from the store. The minute I walked into the store, you could sense her "idk " attitude. I understand having bad days, but this lady seems like shes never had a good day in her life. I dont see myself returning nor recommending to my peers. Jadin, if you read this, girl, customer service isnt for you. :)
