5 /5 Alannah Williams-Oliver: The staff at Mark Allen is incredible! Everyone was so knowledgeable and patient with us while we figured out which rings we wanted. My engagement ring, as well as our wedding bands, are all from Mark Allen and we truly couldn’t be happier! We would recommend this store 11/10 times! A special shoutout to Mark and Felicia for all of their help along the way ❤️

5 /5 Rachel Crabtree: My fiancé and I were on a mission to design our vintage inspired dream ring. We went through many of our local stores in TN and almost all of them encouraged us to change our expectations or design. We found our way to Mark Allen through the recommendation of family and friends and it was the biggest blessing. Doing business over the phone without having face to face can require a lot of trust but Mark made it easy. Mark was kind, timely, detail oriented, and beyond helpful. His team was able to put together the perfect ring with details beyond our expectations. They were so accommodating to ongoing changes in design and questions. When our ring arrived, it took our breath away. There were simply no words to describe how much we adored it. My fiancé was brought to tears. We are so excited to work on our wedding bands next! Thank you, Mark! To anyone wanting to find a jeweler they can trust, this is the one!

5 /5 Saavedra Kevin: This family owned shop was a wonderful respite from the 15 or so other jewelery stores we had visited for our wedding rings over the course of several months. Mark was very hospitable, showed his understanding of what it was that we might like specifically, instead of providing a conveyer belt of rings for us to try on. That came from first listening to what we were looking for and then providing suitable subjects from his inventory (which I will add was very robust and unique from what other stores offered) and narrowing our search tremendously. Overall the experience was perfect and a much needed relaxation from the stress of other experiences we have had. We were confident that our choice was of high quality and from reputable manufacturers(some of which were also smaller creators which was nice) and priced competitively and fairly in the market. When it came time to pickup they were able to do an urgent engraving during the 1.5 hr drive to get the rings which saved me another trip and was exceptional! Thank you for helping us and being a great experience in our wedding adventure.

They were all super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in picking out and designing not just an engagement ring, but also the wedding bands for both myself and my wife. We love our rings and have gotten many compliments on them. Nate was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Amazing all around, and will definitely go back to them for any future jewelry needs!

5 /5 Taylor Matthews: I have nothing but great things to say about the team here at Mark Allen Jewelers! My husband and I received an incredibly important vintage stone as a gift and decided we wanted to use it in a new ring. Throughout the entire process Mark and Felicia treated it (and us) with absolute care. First they removed it from the ring we received it in at no charge, and then they were able to craft my engagement ring around it months later. When I returned to design my husband’s ring, Felicia and Mark once again did everything to make my experience simple, seamless, and easy. I wanted to surprise him by inserting our birthstones on the interior, effectively making it a custom ring and not easily resized after the fact. They helped craft a plan with me to get him in to get his ring size on file, and keep it a secret from him in the weeks it was being made. Overall I cannot recommend them highly enough and I’m antsy to return and design my custom wedding band!!
