The booking and paperwork process was easy, I got a convenient time easily, and it cost about what I thought it would (not super cheap but everything was the highest quality). The business is clean, tastefully furnished, and everyone was friendly.

Adam Decker Wow, these guys are the absolute best, hands down. Price, quality, and customer service are all top notch. I did so much research on diamonds and engagement rings, and after going to 5 other jewelers and getting quotes from almost every online retailer, David and his team out did them all! They gave me the best price by far and gave me such quality diamonds and customer service that made me feel comfortable and cared about. It really helped to see the diamonds in person too, rather than online. Nancy worked with me on every detail to customize the ring just how my fiancé wanted it and she took the extra time to help me find the perfect diamond. Thank you Nancy! I couldn’t recommend them more and will be using them for all my future jewelry needs. I even traded in my other gold and silver items, and David gave me way more than what other jewelers were going to give me. He is fair, considerate, and I always feel like I’m in the best hands with him and his team.

Alyssa Aurora All staff are very personable and attentive as soon as you walk in, there is always someone free & willing to help. They have a wide variety of jewelry to choose from, I’m sure you’ll be able to find something that suits you. I Love the paperclip bracelet I purchased from here. I also took in a necklace that needed to be repaired. Corey was amazing to work with. He made sure I was nothing but happy and satisfied with the repair. It fits like a glove and Amber was so patient with all of our inquiries and making sure my tennis bracelet fit correctly since it needed to be custom fitted for my tiny wrist. She was very sweet and complimented my husbands and my relationship with each other. She also understood that we knew what we wanted and wanted exactly the item that we purchased. I cant wait to make future purchases here and recommend this company to my friends seeking engagement rings and fine jewelry.

debdeb debdeb I had a little wooden wall clock repaired that was special to me, and Im sure, worthless to anyone else. The McPeeks went above and beyond, like a company would do in the old days. (Sadly, young people dont know what true customer service is.) Not only did they fix the clock, but they cleaned up the insides, polished up all the wood, put rubber stoppers on the back, repaired the hook for hanging and replaced missing screws. I recommend them for any of your timepiece needs. Ps...they have e great silver vintage jewelry for great great prices. I have an old mantel dome clock that Ill be bringing into them. Try them......prices are super fair.

Seth Boone This is easily the best jewelry store in Redding. I have been coming here for years to get my girlfriend and daughter their jewelry. The staff is very friendly, and super helpful. They have a wide selection, so you will be able to find just the right piece. Last Christmas I was able to get my daughter a beautiful topaz ring for her birthstone at a great price. She loves it. This year I am going to find a pendant to go with it. If you are shopping for jewelry, I would definitely stop here.
