The owner, Fred, is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Whether i’m stopping in for a quick jewelry or watch repair (they’re the only ones I trust!), or just browsing, I always leave with a smile—and often with something sparkly! They have a really thoughtful selection of pieces, from timeless classics to unique finds like beautiful estate pieces, and I’ve found some true favorites here over the years. It’s rare to find a place that feels so personal and professional at the same time. Highly recommend for repairs, gifts, or just a little treat for yourself. So happy to see them thriving in a new location!

Hapagirl Jackie the store supervisor is phenomenal. She was so kind and personable throughout my whole shopping experience. Compared to walking into Aritzia or Abercrombie and I didnt even receive so much as a glance in the same day. She has great customer service skills and I believe she will go far with this company. Hey district and regional managers this girl needs a raise and to be promoted! Not to mention she helped me save a lot of money. I bought a pair of levis (which I am very pleased you are carrying this brand), a top, and four accessories. I will definitely be coming back to this location solely due to your employee. Noel Aguilar Amazing support! Amazing shop! I have gone in a few times and all those times, I felt authentically supported and in the driver seat. The store felt so welcoming and without pressure and made the experience feel amazing! The store has such a “real” and authentic team that was staffed this day, especially (Rachel) who helped us. She was such a real one! She made every moment feel great! She found my wedding band and size on the first go! And supported my fiancé find her band within 20-30 minutes! She “gets” what you are looking for and is quick to offer suggestions to make sure you land where you want. She is upfront with repairs, pricing and availability.
